These are the most delicious postpartum treats. I wish I had had them straight after giving birth! Instead I only discovered them when I was 10 months postpartum and started eating one every day.

Love the taste of these nourishment bars, as its less sweet and you can definitely taste a good amount of saffron and almonds in it. Being a breastfeeding mum to a 2 and half year old toddler makes me constantly crave for a snack on the go! These bars have been a saviour not only because they are made from ingredients that are available in my cupboard but they also help with lactation. My husband and son are big fans of it as well, so I definitely got competition on who gets to it first!
